Delivery Information
Delivery time and costs
We will endeavour to deliver your order within 5 working days. If we cannot deliver within this time we will let you know right away when your goods can be delivered. Customers are given the option of accepting a full refund in place of delivery.
Should there be any unexpected further delay, we would make all reasonable efforts to let you know (and you may cancel your order at any time before despatch if the delay is unacceptable to you). Any item that is no longer available will have been removed from the display of this site.
Our postal rates are as follows;
- Orders up to £30 = £2.99
- Orders between £30.01 - £50 = £4.99
- Orders over £50 = FREE
We regret that we are unable to deliver to overseas destinations (and Channel Islands) and PO BOX addresses.
You can review your packaging and shipping charges as you shop by checking your on-line shopping basket. We will present your total charges as you check out, before you complete your order.
If you wish to have your complete order delivered to a neighbour or relative who will take delivery for you, please enter their name and address in the "Deliver to" section of the order form. Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when your order is delivered to this alternative address.
On first online orders placed with us, the delivery address entered must be the account address (this can be changed by calling us on 01604 593680 or by emailing us at sales@sueryder.org). On subsequent orders the delivery address can be changed by the customer.
